Three races where held and whilst Bob Ingram dominated the Unlimited class with two wins and a second overall, he was followed by Tim Gibson & Tony Goodwin. Notts County saw representation with Richard Potter, recovering from injury to get two seconds, but he was beaten by James Bullierd, and Mike Playle from Leicester.

The racing was close and interesting, thanks to Paul Ogden the Race Officer who had a hectic day with the windsurfing Open and club racing top organise.
