The annual National Children's home windsurfing marathon raised over £1000. Thanks to all that contributed from the club to Jim Hall & Russ Towns £190 raised.

The very gusty wind meant the board suffered damage as a mast base came loose so the pair managed the half marathon (half way round Rutland Water perimeter). The winner however broke the record for the course in just over half an hour!
