Notts County SC is now a Fast Forward Centre. Fast Forward is a simpler method of teaching higher level windsurfing through the Fast Forward Formula. Part of the scheme will be clinics for key skills or manoeuvres (there are no certificates for this, but we hope to have logbooks available to buy). We are extending this to intermediate to advanced clinics for club members only to allow all windsurfers in the club to improve. The clinics will be free of charge this year, so take advantage.
Our clinics are structured to include: A breakdown of the manoeuvre Application of Fast Forward formula Video & Stills analysis on the water Fault Analysis and coaching Specific exercises to help develop skills A personal Action Plan to help you improve

Dates (note Subject may change depending on conditions) start times are prompt, late-comers will not be able to join in as this is disruptive and is not effective for late-comers. Be changed, rigged & ready 10 mins before time stated.
Sat 10th July 12pm	Freestyle or duck gybe depends on wind
Sun 18th July 12pm	Carve clinic
Sat 7th Aug 12pm	Short board tack
Saturdays (except 9th) in October – Fast Forward & clinics if water available.
