For those of you who do not come down to the club regularly at this time of year, here is an alternative way of organising your Dinner Dance details from the comfort of your computer chair!

1) Below is the menu, with numbers allocated to each dish as usual. Please make your choices and then e-mail the numbers to me along with the FULL name of each person. EG: Alison Goodall 1 3 2 (starter, main, pud, in that order) Penny Moore 2 1 1
Also, if you'd like to order your wine in advance so it'll be ready on your table and save you queuing on the night, let me know & I'll pop a form in with your tickets.

These should be returned direct to the EMCC-not me. No extra charge.

2) If there is a group of you wanting to sit together, then please e-mail me everyone's FULL names. Please note, there is a limit of 12 people per table, and if your group does not make up a full table, you may possibly be placed with others. Please note the EMCC is a NO SMOKING VENUE

There will be smaller portions of the main meal available for children of 13 or under at a ticket price of £17.50, and a soup, fish fingers and chips, and ice cream meal for the under 7's at a ticket price of £11.

NEW VENUE: EAST MIDLANDS CONFERENCE CENTRE NOTTINGHAM UNIVERSITY PARK
A NON SMOKING VENUE

The East Midlands Conference Centre is a purpose built venue set within the parkland of the University of Nottingham. It is a larger and more prestigious venue for hosting our Annual Dinner and Dance, and as such represents a significant 'step-up' for NCSC. This move has come about due to increasing numbers, and the E.M. Conference Centre is the ONLY venue which can cater for our numbers & treat us in the manner to which we have become accustomed!

Over the previous few years the Annual Dinner Dance & Prizegiving has gained rapidly in popularity, I believe for 3 main reasons:
" Notts County has much to be proud of, and this is our opportunity to celebrate our achievements.
We provide racing for all levels and it is wonderful to see so many people winning trophies.
" We have a reputation to uphold for enjoying a good bop to live music.
" It's great to see how others scrub-up without a buoyancy aid and dressed in rubber!!!

At the East Midlands Conference Centre we will enjoy more space. Drinks before the meal and at any other time can be bought in the Atrium, and there are plenty of smaller areas where people can mingle.
