The Executive Committe has considered various ways of extending the clubroom which is coming under increasing pressure. Changing rooms are also considered, but due to cost will become a future phase, however short term solutions such as racking etc may be implimented.

Tenders are being sought and it is expected it will take up several years development monies.

The scheme is to extend the balcony and put a conservatory (with rear windows for ventilation) providing considerably more covered area. The outside seating will also increase.

The Commodore & Executive Committee would like comments, including opinions on timber or PVC construction before the scheme is submitted to planning.
