The National School Sailing Association is a registered charity which promotes sailing as part of the educational experience of young people. The annual Team racing was held at Notts County this year. Thanks to all from the club who helped ensure this complex event went smoothly, there were 90 competitors with additional helpers, parents etc, racing in relays on toppers, flights seemed to start almost continuously, though in reality it was probably every 5 or 10 mintues, results were radioed through and new flights sorted whilst results were collated, meanwhile there were teams needed to swap boats over, and carry out safety cover and of course run the committee boat and results boat. It looked very impressive to me!

A short S course was set up, and some races saw youngsters sailing each other off course, and using some good team racing tactics.
