The last wednesday before March - but it was a good one, winds in excess of force 5 not to cold and well over 20 windsurfers enjoying the overcast then wet conditions.Many had an afternoon off and left the water completly knackered!

The rear Commodore tried some ploughing with his new board (see right), and there was a fair number of tail walks and wipe outs - but everyone had a smile on thier face for a Fish & Chip supper in the clubhouse afterwards - thanks for collecting it Julie. There are plans for a pre Christmas supper probably mid November - meanwhile many of us will be at the Laying Up supper. We also may plan a coast trip on 2th / 13th Nov, and remembr the Rutland Autumn Marathon on 6th November.
