The club has been at Hoveringham Water for 21 years and what better way to celebrate than a party. As with 21st birthday parties we decided it was worth doing something a little bit special, and midsummer seemed a good time, just before the holiday season. The idea is a party with live music, a special hot buffet prepared by outside caterers, and enough room with the new marque to chat by the bar, or dance to the music. Fingers crossed for good weather, but it should be a great night without ideal weather.
This social will be a sit down meal themed on an ocean liner, so posh dress please! Food: sit down meal (hot buffet), The caterer is Martin Godward (Award winning chef and owner of Deli -ah! delicatessen in Calverton) Proposed menue (subject to change): Breads Paella- with Chicken, Chorizo (HOT) Whole Dressed Salmon Poached Salmon Portions Marinated Salmon Escabeche Portions Free Range Ham and Cold Roast Beef with horseradish King Prawns and Small Prawns bound with Pesto and Sundried Tomato Mayonnaise Lebanese Chicken with Sesame Dressing Roasted Sweet Peppers stuffed with Herbed Cous Cous New Potatoes roasted with Garlic, Lemon and Rosemary (HOT) Avocado, Tomato and Mozzarella Salad Cucumber Salad dressed with Yoghurt and Mint Mushroom and Tarragon Pilau Rice British Cheeseboard Fresh Fruit Kebabs drizzled with Milk Chocolate Individual Carrot Cakes Eton Mess with Summer Berries Filter Coffee Music by: Stepin Out (6 piece band)	Embarkation on SS Hoveringham 7 for 7.30pm
	Price for a ticket is: £17.50 for an adult £8 for a child (16 & under). Available behind the bar. Tickets are limited to 100 approx and available behind the bar
