NCSC ANNUAL DINNER & DANCE & PRIZEGIVING 2008

For those of you who do not come down to the club regularly at this time of year, here is an alternative way of organising your Dinner Dance details from the comfort of your computer chair!

and of course tickets are available behind the bar at the club.

Please could I ask you to buy your tickets before the end of the season.

1) Food: Below is the menu, with numbers allocated to each dish as usual. Please make your choices and then e-mail the numbers to me along with the FULL name of each person, please note payment is required before your place is confirmed.

e.g: Karen Marshall 1 3 2, John Marshall 2 1 1
(starter, main, desert in that order)

Also, if you'd like to order your wine in advance so it'll be ready on your table and save you queuing on the night, let me know & I'll pop a form in with your tickets. These should be returned direct to the EMCC-not me. No extra charge.

2) Tables: If there is a group of you wanting to sit together, then please e-mail me everyone's FULL names. Table plans are also in a pint pot on the bar if you want someone to add your name to their table. Please note, there is a limit of 12 people per table, and if your group does not make up a full table, you may possibly be placed with others.

Please note the EMCC is a NO SMOKING VENUE

4) There will be smaller portions of the main meal available for children of 13 and under at a ticket price of £17.50,
and a soup, fish fingers and chips, and ice cream meal for the under 7's at a ticket price of £11.

Main Courses  
1. Pork Fillet with Orange, Vanilla and Red Wine  
2. Fricassee of Chicken with Dry Sherry and Roasted Shallots  
3. Caramelized Red Onion and Shallot Tatin  
Deserts:  
1. Chocolate Praline Tart with Crème Fraiche & Passion Fruit Jelly  
2. Lemon Cheesecake with Mixed Berry Jelly
