Dave White one of the country, if nor the worlds top speed sailors, and writer & photographer visited Notts county on Friday 8th May for an article on Inland Waters for a future Boards magazine.

Dave arrived late he was having too much fun at Rutland on a 6.9m (everyone else was on 4m) with Richard from Nobles (some may remeber Richard from the demo day). He proceeded to usher everyone on the water for photos, even though the wind had dropped from gusting to 40mph, to 6.8 sq m weather. Meanwhile Neil caught me admiring David's lens! (or as he put it lens envy!)

Then David borrowed Carl's board and headed out for a demo. How someone of Dave's size can look so light on a board defies description, and his duck gybes, monkey gybes etc and pure speed where awesome. No more excuces from us FBs now (except our technique is poor!)

For those that couldn't make it, sorry about late notice, we only had it confirmed at 6pm Thursday night having found out in the morning.
