Another excellent day with the maestro Jim Collis, thankfully looking none the worse for his treatment, and hopefully fully recovered from cancer.

His enthusiasm is undiminished and everyone I spoke to learnt loads and enjoyed the day in spite of the biting northerlys and wind chill of 2-3' C. Sailing in a straight line, turning and general board set up with video debrief were all part of the day.

The event was part of National Windsurfing Week a week designed to promote the sport to the wider public.

About 20 club members took part from teenagers to those well into (and past) middle age, a few photos and a video show some of the action. Video link
