We got a phone call saying BBc wanted to come and film the A to Z of sport on Windsurfing on Wednesday 6th. The day started bright and sunny, but as soon as presenter Rebecca Sheeran arrived with BBc cameraman it became overcast and rained, and stayed that way till about half an hour after they left, a film about the joys of windsurfing. Rebecca can windsurf so after interviewing Emily, Cameron and Gerry Ball she went out and I took the camera man out to film complete with rain camera. Guy actually got planing near us, soat least the oldies may be represented and Dave Baldwin came out and did some feeestyle.

It will probably be shown - about 2 minutes this Friday 8th May an BBC East Midlands Today between 6.30 and 7pm.... Tune in.
