Method
Review local facilities to establish demand
New training boats with good stability available
Hold RYA Sailability days in conjunction with RYA Region
Encourage Youngsters who do not wish to race to qualify as coaches, ODs and Instructors as appropriate
Work towards disabled sailing & racing events (blind girl on late 1998 sailing course)

Target
Make contact and establish dialogue with local organisations & RYA Sailability
Have a group down once a week if demand exists
Have Junior Instructors (overseen by Adults) taking courses, running Junior Racing
Provide Performance Pathway
Have at least two Club Racing coaches (preferably Male & Female) within two years
