Method
Train additional instructors, senior Instructors, Powerboat Drivers and helpers through internal training and sending on instructor courses.
Provision of new craft to reduce time required for maintenance and breakdown throughout season and off-season, so reducing abortive time on maintaining old wooden boats.
Provide more modern craft to allow better progression, through to all levels of the sport, newer boats will also allow new skills to be learnt.
Provide higher level courses (new boats required for parts of these courses)
Provide White Racing courses, provide formalised Windsurfing Race Training when RYA establishes courses
New craft to encourage youngsters, make the course more exciting and appealing.
Provide Powerboat courses to involve parents who do not wish to learn sailing

Target
Increase RYA Level 1 & 2 courses from two to three or four a year. Provide Level 3 & 4 courses
Introduce White Racing course to compliment Red Courses
Provision of new craft to provide advanced training, and learning platforms, allowing increased variety of courses and ability to teach match racing on identical craft.
Establish good connections with Regional Organisations providing RYA Blue Badge courses
