The club is run by members for members, we do not have paid staff. In joining you agree to help out on duties every year.
We are friendly club, and you are welcome to come down on a Sunday and speak to members and a committee member, lunch is a good time (approx miday) or after sailing. The club has a bar, food, and changing with hot showers.
To join a member has to propose you and an executive committee member second you, this is essentiaaly so you know some people down there.
Membership is open to anyone with an interest in sailing from the whole community. New members should contact the membership secretary for an Application form. Potential members need to be proposed by a club member and to have an informal chat with an executive Committee Member, who will explain rules and also form a point of contact and second the member. The club reserves the right to refuse membership on Non Discrimatory Grounds by simple majority vote.

Insurance: It is a condition of membership that all users of the water have adequate third party insurance. Members sign that they have this on thier renewal/ entry form. The minimum cover should be £2,000,000, though we advise a greater cover. The club takes a very serious view of anyone who is uninsured.
