You may have noticed our Treasurer has been away, he has been achieving a long held ambition to do part of the Clipper Round the World Race on large Open Ocean yachts. He is giving the club a talk on his experiences on 5th Sept 2026.
Come and listen to an interactive presentation about the Clipper Round the World Race and the experience of Ross Ryan during leg 7 .
There will also be a discussion of Offshore Cruising activities by Trent Offshore Group Including the recent Scottish expedition and plans for 2027.
A light buffet will be provided.
Memorabilia will be for sale to raise funds for UNICEF – the Clipper nominated charity.
Ticket prices – £6 Adult £4 under 14’s
Formal element expected to conclude at 9pm and chance to network afterwards.
