Storm Beolo came through with some strong gusts whipping the tops off the waves to start with. A powerboat had broken its mornings and ended up on the lee shore, it wasn’t easy in those waves to collect, excercise number 1 !

Around six powerboat instructors under the watchful eye of Tim and Martin experienced high wind handling and in the process got very wet, then around 6 or more club powerboat drivers also went out to improve their skills. Thanks to all who went out and all who led the day.

Meanwhile Dean went out and ended up acting as a rescue, as his board was just to small and the wind gusty, he had a far better time on a slightly larger board. David joined him soon after, both giving a masterclass in high wind windsurfing.
