The last day of August saw some windy conditions

A great turnout on assent day for the August Bank Holiday family fun day.

Inclusive or supported sailing has been every month in the summer. A short report including the last one this season on 19th August.

Some of the successes Notts County Sailors are having outside the club. Please keep us informed at info@ncsc.org.uk of any we have missed and future success. It’s great to see so many Notts County sailors doing well.

Coaching has started for the RYA Junior Championships in October.

Part of our Onboard community outreach we are pleased to have occasional school visits. Carnarvon year 5 visited last week.

The ILCA open attracted 26 entries from as far afield as Stokes Bay.

The 2025 regatta had an excellent entry and some good conditions.

Nearly twenty windsurfers came to the open on Sat 21st June.

Sunshine and wind and it was warm a bit windy for Sat Club but some good sailing for all. An RYA Safety boat course gave some interesting scenarios for the students.

6th June saw a second social based on Pig racing. The next one is at the Regatta 5t July A short report and photos

The NCSC Aero Open took place in sunny conditions with over 20 entries. The wind was a little less obedient, with some large swings. full report etc on Sunday.

Sailability Try our boats day and upcoming events

our new Tern raft supp[lied through the Notts wildlife Trust was launched yesterday. Windsurf supper had around 20 people both on the water and eating.

Tuesday 5th May, great turnout, a few photos from the first race.

Discover sailing went well with 220 visitors registered, many enjoying a sail. Several signed up for membership at the event and there was a lot of interest in courses and membership. Thanks to all who helped.
