The RYA training section has been busy and will continue to be throughout August.

This last week from 4-6th august has seen 26 juniors and youths taking part in Dinghy Stages 1 -4 and Windsurf stage 1 and 2. Everyone  enjoyed it and the instructors did a great job in trying conditions with 37 mph gusts on the first day. At least some of the windsurfers out on the water had a blast. The final day was the best learning day, smile all round.

The rest of this week there are Powerboat 2, club safety boat courses, next week an RYA Adult Dinghy, and the week after Youth and Junior courses and an Adult Windsurf course. Our hard working Principal Adrian Jones along with Viv will be worn out, leading many of the courses. We are looking for volunteers on the second Junior course to enable us to provide more places.
